We all know a favorite Friday/Saturday night thing to do is bar crawl. It’s fun to test out more than one good bar in a night, I’m sure! But what if you really like drinking coffee? I found myself overwhelmed with how many amazing coffee shops I needed to try out during the two days I was in Lancaster. This is why I thought it would be so fun to create a coffee crawl guide! I love coffee and trying out various types of drinks. Put me in a coffee spot with a nice atmosphere and a full menu to try, and I’m content. So during our stay, Stefan and I went exploring to create a complete guide to coffee crawling through Lancaster!

A Complete Guide to Coffee Crawling Through Lancaster
So you want to hit the best coffee shops Lancaster has to offer in one day? Let’s make it happen. Here are the best shops for a good cup of coffee and an equally Instagram worthy atmosphere. You’ll have photos to post for weeks! 🙂
1. Mean Cup
They have an extensive list of flavor shots over at Mean Cup. I had to take a minute or two to figure out which one I wanted to try! I ended up getting the vanilla and praline flavor in my iced coffee and it was delicious. Since Charleston I’ve been into mixing coffee flavors! The environment here is very chill, I could easily spend hours here. Try to snag a seat by the big windows. (They’re right next to the cream and sugar station.)
2. Square One
A little coffee shop located on Duke street and next to Lancaster Sweet Shoppe. (A must try as well!) We ordered a vanilla iced latte and a hot caramel latte. Both were excellent, I’m thinking they do lattes well here!
Over at this spot, they take coffee seriously. Don’t expect to find any flavored syrups or sugary drinks, because they don’t have it. I really appreciated how much thought they put into the taste and quality of their coffee at Passenger. The latte here is delicious!
Stefan and I stopped in here for breakfast Sunday morning and we loved the food and coffee here! Stop by Prince Street as you taste test through the city for a bite to eat. The breakfast wraps are amazing, I ordered what I think was the California one? Can’t remember the exact name, but it had pickled carrots in it and egg whites. So darn good. 🙂
We didn’t make it to this cute little cafe this weekend but highly recommend it. Cafe One Eight has plenty of food to offer when you’re feeling a little hungry and an extensive list of coffee. Drinks ranging from iced coffee, to lattes and much more! Not only will you be impressed by the food and coffee, but the decor as well! The Instagrammer in me was very bummed out that we didn’t make it here!
I unfortunately didn’t make it here, as they were closed on Sunday. One thing I can say however, is that the decor here is amazing. If you’re looking for that perfect coffee shop Instagram photo, you’re going to get it here! Copper Cup is definitely a must try and at the top of my list to visit when I’m back in Lancaster!
