During the holidays we have so many fun parties and events to attend. Naturally, we’re all in need of some good old outfit inspiration. As a result, I want to help you kill it with an outfit idea and what to wear to holiday parties! After reading I just know you’ll stun at your holiday events! 🙂
An Outfit Idea and
What to Wear to Holiday Parties
My Holiday Party Look:
Guys, I can’t tell you how excited I am about this holiday look I put together! More than likely, you’re going to love it just as me, so let’s talk details! I knew as soon as I saw this pink, velvet skirt that I had to have it. ( I was so right lol ) However I didn’t feel it totally fit my personal style! This is when I had the idea to give this skirt a little edge! I am so happy with how my star embellished moto jacket looks with my feminine skirt. Isn’t it so cool how the two polar opposite pieces work together?
I feel luxe fabrics like velvet and faux fur really scream holidays. It’s for this reason that I think my pink velvet skirt would be perfect for any holiday party! With it I’m wearing a white tank tucked in and nude slides. I think the this shoe balanced out my look nicely and matched this skirt perfectly! 🙂
What to Wear to Holiday Parties:
If you’re looking for something a little less dressy, I’m here to share more outfit ideas! Because let’s face it, some parties are more casual than others and other events require heavier layering. Whatever type of outfit you’re in need of, I’ve got an idea for everyone! Let’s check it out. 🙂
A Warmer Look:
In need of something warmer? This outfit would be perfect and so darn cute on! Try pairing a cozy sweater dress with over the knee boots. Just make sure you pick one thats nice and thick so it keeps your arms warm. Since over the knee boots go past your knees, they should keep your legs nice and toasty too! Need even more added warmth? Layer this look with a cute pair of tights, maybe sparkly ones to add an extra festive touch. With this outfit, I think curly hair with half of it tied up in a velvet bow would be adorable!
Festive but Casual:
Here’s an outfit idea if you want to dress festively but keep it somewhat casual. Try pairing a faux leather pair of leggings with patent nude heels or flats. During the holidays, playing around with different fabrics can really add a lot of interest to your look and make it festive! To dress up your outfit and make it party ready, add a sequin or velvet blouse. I’ve linked below a couple ones I think would be really pretty! Add some lipstick and you’ve got a stunning holiday party look!
