Hello everyone, I’m so excited to feature another blogger I recently met up with on my blog today! Her name is Bree, from Stark Raving Chic. We met up for brunch at the amazing restaurant in South Side called The Urban Tap. If you’re ever in Pittsburgh I highly recommend stopping in. Much like all the fashion bloggers across the internet, Bree and I have differing tastes in fashion. That’s why today I wanted to share two contrasting tastes in fashion featuring Stark Raving Chic. If you’re interested in reading Bree’s article as well you can find it here.
In Bree’s outfit, she’s wearing a gorgeous hunter green dress with a red coat. It was pretty chilly when we took pictures for this post, so she get’s bonus points for practicality with that coat. 😀 She’s also wearing a pair of black point toe heels with gold details. For accessories she has a pair of white earrings on, a silver bracelet and a cobalt blue purse. (Which I love! And kind of want..:D) I think it’s safe to say her style gives off a more put together vibe. Bree’s look is very much put together and dressed up. I’d say she pulls that off well. Wouldn’t you say? 🙂
I would define my style as feminine and boho, with influences from the south. My signature to every outfit would be touches of boho or feminine pieces. In this outfit, I wore a floral kimono. I love this kimono because it adds a beautiful feminine touch to the outfit. This piece ties my personal style into the overall look. I’m also wearing a pair of boho ankle booties. I’ve been living in ankle booties this past fall and winter. What’s great about them too is you could totally pull them out for spring and summer to pair with a cute pair of shorts. They’re pretty much a year round pair of shoes! You’ll also notice in my outfit I’m wearing leggings, another common pare of pants in my wardrobe. More often than not I dress in a way that is functional and comfortable. If I don’t feel comfy in it, I probably won’t wear it. Or will begrudgingly..if I have to. 😀[bloglovin_button]
